Voter Registration
The Gloucester County Clerk's Office is responsible for voter registration. For information on absentee ballots or Election dates, visit the County website.
The last day to register to vote for the 2025 General Election is October 14. You can check your voter registration status online. To register to vote, you can register online or download (descarga en Español), complete, and mail in the Voter Registration Form.
To find out where you vote, check the list of Woodbury's Wards and Voting Districts, and each Ward's Polling Location.
Important Dates & Deadlines
- The Voter Registration Deadline for the General Election is October 14.
- Registered voters have until October 28th (7 days prior to the election) to request a Mail-In Ballot via mail and in-person until 3 pm on November 3.
- If you're returning your Mail-In Ballot in person, it must be received by the County Board of Elections by 8 pm on Election Day. You CAN NOT return your Mail-In Ballot to a polling location.
- If returning your Mail-In Ballot by mail, it must be postmarked no later than Election Day and received by the County Board of Elections no later than 6 days (November 10) after the time for the closing of the polls of the election.
Vote-By-Mail Reminders & Links
- Once you apply for a Mail-In Ballot, you will not be permitted to vote by machine at your polling place in the same election.
- Make sure you follow the step-by-step instructions on how to complete your vote-by-mail ballot, to make sure your vote counts.
- You must apply for a Mail-In Ballot for each election unless you designate otherwise under Section 1 of the Application for Vote by Mail Ballot.
- You can check on the status of your Mail-in Ballot using the Track My Ballot Portal online or you can contact the County Clerk’s office at 856-384-3234.
- If you have not already returned your Mail-in Ballot and you made a mistake, damaged or lost it, you may request a replacement Mail-in Ballot from the County Clerk’s Office. If you go to your polling location on Election Day, you will have to vote using a paper provisional ballot.
Secure Ballot Drop Box Locations
There are 12 Secure Vote-By-Mail Ballot Drop Boxes located throughout Gloucester County.

You can deliver your ballot in person to the Gloucester County Office of Elections until 8:00 pm on November 5
Early In-Person Voting
From Saturday, October 25th - Sunday, November 2nd Hours - 10 am-8 pm (Monday-Saturday),. 10 am-6 pm (Sunday). Gloucester County voters may go to any of the 5 designated early voter centers.
