75th Annual Fall Festival Parade
The City of Woodbury is excited to announce the 75th Annual Woodbury Fall Festival Parade on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 5:30 PM (Rain Date: October 11, 2025).
This year’s milestone event promises extra fun and surprises as we celebrate 75 years of tradition, community spirit, and festive fun in Woodbury!
The 2025 parade theme is Halloween! Participants are encouraged to showcase their creativity, entertain the community, and celebrate the season — all while keeping entries family-friendly. Please note that inappropriate behavior or content will not be permitted and may result in removal from the parade.
Parade Details
Line-Up: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Colonial Avenue & Broad Street (Route 45) in North Woodbury. Participants will receive an email with their Lineup Number, time, and location.
Parade Start: 5:30 PM sharp, proceeding south on Broad Street and ending near Salem Avenue
Judging: Walking judges will evaluate entries along the parade route. Performances may only pause at designated areas.

Application Deadline: September 26, 2025
Entry Fee: $10 (waived if received by Sept. 26; one free entry per group/person)
Late Applications: Accepted through September 30, 2025, with a $25 fee

No day-of-registration accepted.

Important Notes
All participants must arrive at their designated Line-up area at their designated time.
Parking on Colonial Avenue is strictly prohibited. Please carpool when possible to reduce congestion.
Volunteers will be on site to assist with line-up and directions.
