 PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD ON THE ADOPTION OF THE HOUSING PLAN ELEMENT AND FAIR SHARE PLAN OF THE 

CITY OF WOODBURY MASTER PLAN

TAKE NOTICE that on July 10, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., the City of Woodbury Combined Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on the Housing Plan Element and Fair Share Plan of the City of Woodbury Master Plan. The hearing will take place in the Second Floor Council Chambers at the City Hall, which is located at 33 Delaware Street, Woodbury, NJ 08096.

The Housing Plan Element and Fair Share Plan contains information concerning the current and future housing stock and demographics of the City of Woodbury and describes the manner in which the City will address its fair share of the regional affordable housing need as established by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs pursuant to the standards and requirements of the New Jersey Fair Housing Act. The proposed plan will replace the City’s existing Housing Plan Element and Fair Share Plan.

The Housing Plan Element and Fair Share Plan, which is the subject of the public hearing, will be on file and available for public review in the office of the City Clerk during regular business hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The proposed amendment also is posted at the City of Woodbury web site.

The City of Woodbury Combined Planning and Zoning Board may take official action at this meeting, which may include adoption of the Housing Plan Element and Fair Share Plan of the Master Plan. Any interested party may participate in the public hearing and offer comments on the Housing Plan Element and Fair Share Plan.

This meeting is open to the public, subject to the applicable provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act (N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et. Seq.).
