School Resource Officer (SRO) Ryan Alcott

The Grand Marshal is the ceremonial leader of a parade. The rank of Marshal is traditionally bestowed on a person who shows exceptional leadership qualities and deserves a place of honor. The City of Woodbury and the Parade Committee want to honor SRO Ryan Alcott for his dedication to the City of Woodbury, the Woodbury Community, and most importantly, the Children of Woodbury.
