Reminder to all Dog and Cat Owners for 2020

 

2020 renewal of dog and cat licenses start January 2nd, 2020. You cannot renew your dog and cat licenses before January 2nd. All dogs and cats must be licensed each year. Failure to do so will result in a fine. If you no longer have a pet please notify City Hall at 845-1300 ext. 115 so we can change our records.

Dog licenses cost $8.20 if it is neutered/spayed; $11.20 if not. Cat licenses cost $7 if it is neutered/spayed; $10.00 if not. After January 31st, 2020 there will be a $5.00 late fee for each pet.

There will be a free Rabies Shot Clinic on Saturday, January 11th, 2020 from 9:00 am to 10:30 am at the Woodbury Fire House. City Hall will also be open on Saturday January 11th, 2020 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am to obtain your 2020 pet license. Proof of valid rabies vaccination and neutered/spayed certificates must be presented at time of licensing at City Hall or mailing in for a license. When mailed, certificates must be photocopied. Proof of rabies vaccination must be valid through October 2020 in order to license your dog or cat.
