The City works closely with Main Street Woodbury Inc.and the Woodbury Merchant and Professional Association to attract new businesses and help get them established.
Main Street Woodbury Inc. is a volunteer organization composed of residents, merchants, and property owners. They focus on attracting and retaining viable businesses in the downtown by offering a variety of support services and sponsoring many downtown events. The Woodbury Merchant and Professional Association is "the voice of the business community". Composed of business owners and professionals city-wide, WMPA works as an advocate for the business community on the local and county level. They sponsor several downtown events during the year and partner with other community groups in these efforts.

The City of Woodbury Guidelines for New Businesses is a description of the procedures and applications (some downloadable) a new business may need as part of their approval process.
Woodbury Business Assistance Loan
The City has developed a loan program to help finance existing businesses that wish to expand and new businesses looking to operate in the City.
Façade Grants
Façade Grants for commercial properties will be available through funding from the Gloucester County Community Development Block Grant.
