
Councilwoman Roberta Schreyer has lived in Woodbury for fifty-six years and has been involved with the Democrat Party since she graduated from college.
She is a lifetime member of St. Patrick's Church, a graduate of Woodbury High School and earned a Batchelor of Arts degree from Rowan University.
In 1969 she married George. They have two children, Meredith and Stanley.
She taught first grade for sixteen years, worked for the
House of Representatives and the United States Senate, worked
in the food service industry for many years, and also worked
at the Pinelands Commission.
First appointed to Council to fill an unexpired term, she
has since been elected to Council for three terms. She chairs
the Green Acres Committee for Council and also
sits on several
other Committees. |
