
Robert
A. Curtis was elected as Mayor in November 2006 and was sworn
in at the January 4, 2007 Reorganizational Meeting of the
Mayor and Council of the City of Woodbury.
Prior
to his election as Mayor, Mr.
Curtis was first elected to serve on City Council
in 1992. He served at Council President from 2000 to 2003
and has been the Chairperson of the Green Acres
Committee, and sat on
the
Finance and
Environmental
Committees.
Born
and raised in Woodbury, Mr. Curtis earned a B.S. in Agriculture
from the University Of Delaware and took graduate studies
at Rutgers University and is a NJ Certified Nurseryman. He
currently works as the Nursery Manager at Hopewell Nursery.
He and his wife Beth have two children, Fiona and Caley.
